I was in on June 16, and have never purchased a car by myself. My husband always bought our cars, so therefore I was very apprehensive about even going in. The gentleman I spoke with first was great. Very kind and helpful. Was not happy being told that with no code showing they couldn't fix the issue. Left with the same issue I came with, with the exception of replacing a battery. Electrical issues have stopped for now but start stop still unavailable and unrepaired. I will come back for repairs but if a code was available I would have fixed it myself and saved a few hundred dollars. This was our third Wrangler purchase over the years. The Byers app for iPhone made it easy to shop before visiting the lot. Our salesman had it washed and waiting up front for us when we arrived to test drive. Waymon, the sales manager, and finance manager all treated us like important customers. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Great buying granddaughters first car .The sales staff was wonderful to work with .Our only downside was having to take the dealer tag back to Columbus the next day because they couldn’t get our temporary tags to print off .It was a hassle to drive back an hour each way to return the tag with the price of gas now .

The salesman was very good. But your finance guy had a bit of an attitude since we kind of were the people that he had to deal with with the day. I basically had to force a handshake at the end of the cell of the car

The finance manager was fantastic as well. No add-ons pushed, just simple explanations. To top it off, we got a fair deal on this new Jeep. Will 100% be shopping with Byers again.

Great Service. Great Communication. I purchased a Ram from another dealer. They never returned my calls to even get it diagnosed. It had the Dreaded Hemi Tick. Scheduled an appointment dropped it off. Called me back and it was the exhaust manifold both were broken. Marcus called the warranty company got everything squared away. They kept me informed about my Ram every step of the way. Marcus was very professional. Great personality. Truck is sounding and driving like it’s supposed to. I Would definitely recommend them.

Update I have since returned to this location for a follow up. Buying process was fine. Bought on a very rainy day and missed a chip in the windshield. (No way a detailer could miss it.) Byers sent a company out to fill it but I was informed by the tech that it had been previously filled, and filled incorrectly. Only fix is to replace the windshield. I reached back out to Byers they took my information and I’ve never heard back from them. A damaged windshield is illegal according to ORC section 4513.24. Poor customer service on Byers.
Their posted price was very competitive and their sales rep Mike was a pleasure to work with.
